Order Processing
Our warehouse team processes all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (autumn/winter when demand for our jackets and fleeces increases), please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
International Delivery Notes

- All customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery estimates exclude potential customs delays
- We cannot ship to certain remote regions in Asia and other locations
Returns & Exchanges
If your gear doesn’t meet mission requirements, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate returns. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are customer responsibility
- Items must be unworn with original tags
- Combat uniforms and footwear must be returned in original packaging
