1. MISSION PARAMETERS: ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

You have a 15-day operational window from date of delivery to initiate returns or exchanges. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

FIELD NOTE: For hygiene reasons, Base Layers and Footwear (including Boots and Gaiters) are only eligible for exchange if unopened in original packaging. Headwear that shows signs of wear cannot be returned.

2. EXFILTRATION PROCEDURE: HOW TO RETURN

Step 2: Receive Deployment Orders

Our logistics team will email you within 48 hours with:

  • Authorization code

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package items using original packaging when possible. Include the completed returns form (will be provided with authorization).

Important: We recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. RESUPPLY OPERATIONS: EXCHANGES

For size exchanges:

  1. Follow standard return procedure
  2. Clearly state desired replacement item in your RAR
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once original item is received
  4. No additional shipping charges for exchanges to same value

4. FUNDS EXTRACTION: REFUND PROCESS

Upon successful inspection of returned items:

OPERATIONAL ALERT: Final sale items (when marked) and customized/personalized gear cannot be returned. This includes certain Belts and Gloves with custom fittings.
