1. DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURES: SHIPPING OPERATIONS

All missions (orders) are processed within 1-2 operational days (excluding weekends). You’ll receive tracking coordinates via email once your package is deployed.

Shipping Options

We offer two deployment channels:

  • Standard Tactical Insertion (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 day delivery window after deployment
  • Stealth Insertion (Free for orders £50+): Via EMS – 15-25 day delivery window after deployment

2. EXTRACTION PROTOCOL: RETURNS & EXCHANGES

FIELD ALERT: Base Layers, Footwear (including Boots and Gaiters), and Headwear showing signs of wear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Final sale items and customized gear (including certain Belts and Gloves with custom fittings) are non-returnable.

Step 2: Receive Deployment Orders

Our logistics team will email within 48 hours with:

  • Authorization code

Step 3: Package and Ship

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include completed returns form (provided with authorization)
  • Critical: Use tracked shipping – we cannot account for items lost in transit

3. RESUPPLY OPERATIONS

Exchanges

  • Follow standard return procedure
  • Clearly state desired replacement item in your RAR
  • Replacement ships after original item is received
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges of equal value
